Greenov is a French company that focuses on protecting marine ecosystems by offering innovative solutions. We offer an underwater noise reduction system called "SubSea Quieter", which aims to prevent the transmission of noise from pile-driving operations into the marine environment, with a reduction range of 12 to 35 dB. Our system is based on an innovative membrane into which a thin layer of air is injected, significantly attenuating underwater noise. The SubSea Quieter has 3 advantages over the bubble curtain: lower cost, better performance in terms of acoustic reduction and greater resistance to the marine environment (currents, waves, depths). We have just successfully completed our first trials in maritime conditions with a reduced-scale system (10m long and 5m in diameter) and we are looking for partners to join the SubSea Quieter JIP (already made up of Equinor, TotalEnergies and EDF RE) and/or to work on new offshore wind projects (monopile, jacket and floating).
